Brief Answer:
Upload a picture of lesion

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear and thanks for your query.

As you describe it may be a Bartholinit's cyst or abscess while it is near of your opening of vagina and is painful.
But diagnosis is only made by inspection of affected area.
Hence if you possible please upload any picture of affected area and I will try to give any details.

In fact the most common reasons of infection of bartholini's cysts in sexual active female is gonorrhea - a type of STI.
Hence you should do a vaginal swab to exclude STI.

For the moment you can try with Sitz baths 3 to 4 times per day ,adding and polividone XXXXXXX .

All the best

Brief Answer:
It seems to be more an infected Bartholin's cyst

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear again and thanks for trusting to us .

Sitz baths are water-warm baths covering hips and buttocks .

As per your pictures received from you ,painful bump seems to be more an infected Bartholin's cyst.

If after Sitz baths ,painful bump will be more painful ,bigger and redness you will need to do a pelvic examination with a vaginal swab.

All the signs I have mentioned above have relation with Bartholin'c abscess, and treatment for it is a course of antibiotics, prescribed from doctor.

All the best
