Question: I'm seeing lately painful blisters(pimple) around my groin area. they last for 3 days to 4 days and go away and after a month again resurface approximately. I have severe itching problem in my groin area as well for many years but these pimple(blisters) are happening in last couple of months. A month ago I also saw a bump in my groin area which gradually disappeared. Need your help to understand the condition.

Brief Answer:
Seems to be a fungal infection

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on Health care magic.

It seems that you had developed an infection, probably fungal, subsequently leading to a lymph node enlargement which resolved gradually thereafter. The fungal infection could explain it present itchiness but I would need you to upload an image of the blisters to be able to comment on it.

Application of clotrimazole powder and lotion over the area should provide relief.

Brief Answer:
Use Clotrimazole powder. Apply Mupirocin ointment.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for writing back. Sorry for not being able to respond faster.

I have checked the attached image. There seems to be a bacterial infection associated alongside a fungal infection.
* Apply clotrimazole powder.
* Use T-Bact (mupirocin) ointment.
* If that does not help, you might need a course of oral antibiotics like amoxycillin (prescription medicine)
