Brief Answer:
?? Suspecting vitamin D and/or calcium deficiency

Detailed Answer:
Hello ma'am and welcome.

Thank you for writing to us.

I have gone through your query with diligence and would like you to know that I am here. When I first started reading your query, let me be honest I was quite puzzled as your doctor(s) seem to have covered almost all the basic investigations that would confirm some abnormality.

But taking into consideration your sex and age, I feel you should also get your:

+Serum calcium
+Vitamin D
+Hemoglobin

levels checked, as both these parameters are age-dependent in women due to the drop in their levels that can be triggered by or around menopause. I would thus recommend a check on these levels. Please also try to schedule a DEXA bone scan, if at all the above two mentioned parameters do not gross a conclusive result.

I hope you find my response helpful. Please feel free to write back to me for any further clarifications, I would be more than happy to help.

Best wishes.
