Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX

First, your upper stomach discomfort is probably a severe gastritis. In fact the level of discomfort you are quoting suggests that you should be put up for an endoscopic examination. that may tell us if it is a plain gastritis or is it getting complicated say for example with an ulcer. The medication can be added accordingly. Meanwhile continue your nexium.
Your aspirin can further cause pain as it leads to gastric erosion.

The pain in the neck may actually be due to a cervical spondylosis. The neck pain, the headache can also come from the neck. However I will suggest an MRI cervical spine and screening of brain for this so as to make sure that no serious condition has started causing the pain.

The pain in the temple can also be a migraine. Do you have a photophobia, phonophobia, nausea, vomiting, associated with the headache?
