Question: I'm having foot pain in both feet behind the big and little toes. I exercise 4-5 times a week. I do cardio machines and weight machines at the gym and feel i'm in good shape.

I think it is due to planter fasciitis

Hello,
I have studied your case. I think you are having planter fasciitis. In this condition there is pain in planter aspect of feet, specially when you walk in initial few steps.
I have following suggestions for you.
1.You need to wear soft slippers or silicon insole.
2.Hot water fomentation twice daily.
3.Injection of steroids can be given in most painful points.
4.Calf stretching exercises can help.
