Question: I have been moving lately..I twisted one of my fingers under a table and now the tip of my finger is numb..will the feeling eventually come back? Also at night I have been waking up with my arms numb but as soon as I shake them loose the feeling comes back..I always hold my tension in my shoulder area..the move added to the muscle tightness..anything I should be doing to alleviate these symptoms..are the tight muscles causing a pinched nerve..is this harmful
