Detailed Answer:
Hello and thank you for asking!
Your symptoms correlate with a testosterone deficiency. It is the first to rule out or determine. You may have muscle weakness, fatigue, increase in body fat, mood changes ect.

However it should be verified biochemically by checking:
-Testosterone level, SHBG
-FSH,LH
-Prolactine
-TSH
-Liver and renal function tests.

The above mentioned blood exams will help to determine the cause of low testosterone too.
Hope the information will help.

Kind regards,
Dr.Mirjeta
