Suggest Treatment For Neck Pain After Head Injury

Question: Hi, I hit my head diving into my above ground pool last night. I did not lose consciousness or have any other symptoms other than neck pain. Do i need to go ER?

Hello dear,
Head injury is serious if you have unbearable headache, recurrent Vomiting, loss of consciousness, seizures, focal neurological deficits.
You can take pain killers.
You need to consult Er if you have some danger sign or new deficits.

Hi! My nausea is gone but i still feel pressure in my head not really any sharp or aching pain and i have noticed dark circles under my eyes. Do i need to follow up with my PCP, urgent care, or go to ER? Or is this normal?

Dark circles are black colored or something else. Can you post the photograph?
You should consult a doctor once if you are still having pressure in head and dark circles under eyes.
