Suggest Treatment For Nasal Polyps

Question: i have nasal polyps.i had a surgery 3 times.please suggest further solution.

You are most probably having nasal polyps with allergy .

Thanks for the query.

I have read your query and understand your concern.

After reading your clinical history it appears that you are most probably having
nasal polyps with allergy . Because of nose allergy polyps recurring even after 3 times surgery .

If I were your treating Doctor for this case , I would advice
regular nasal wash with Saline nasal rinse or spray thrice daily &
Combination Steroid nasal spray with antihistamine 2 puff each nostril twice daily.
Allergy can only be controlled but difficult to cure completely .Hence you need to continue both nasal spray to get relief .

Gargle with water 20 mins after nasal spray use to remove any spray coming to throat .
