Brief Answer:
check out for electrolytes and other nutritional deficiencies

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for using Hcm.
These muscle cramps may be due to many reasons like stress, overwork, neuropathy, electrolyte imbalance, anaemia, low calcium, thyroid variations, altered sugars or any other problems with alternating blood flow and nervous disorders.
At this stage I request you to start on calcium supplements added with multivitamins.
Please go ahead with your haemoglobin, thyroid, sugar, and calcium levels.
Take good nutrition and maintain good hydration, especially to cover up the electrolytes.
Please be free to contact for further doubts.
Do not stress yourself.
All the best,take care.
