Question: I had my tubes tied 3 and a half years ago. I had my last period november 12th and i missed my last period. The past 4 days i have been sleeping all day.

Delay in periods is very common. With tubal ligation, odds of pregnancy are almost impossible. Wait for your periods. They will show up.

As i mentioned periods can vary and may prolong sometimes. With your tubes tied pregnancy is already excluded. Other possibilities for missed or irregular periods are

Excessive weight loss or gain. Although low body weight is a common cause of missed or irregular periods, obesity also can cause menstrual problems.
Eating disorders, such as anorexia or bulimia. For more information, see the topic Anorexia Nervosa or Bulimia Nervosa.
Increased exercise. Missed periods are common in endurance athletes.
Emotional stress.
Illness.
Travel.
Medicines such as birth control methods, which may cause lighter, less frequent, more frequent, or skipped periods or no periods at all.
Hormone problems. This may cause a change in the levels of the hormones that the body needs to support menstruation.
Illegal drug use.
Problems with the pelvic organs camera.gif, such as imperforate hymen, polycystic ovary syndrome, or Asherman's syndrome.
Premature ovarian failure.
s irritable bowel syndrome, tuberculosis, liver disease, and diabetes can cause missed or irregular periods, although this is rare

Nut shell, if you haven't had a period since 12th of november, then it make sit more than 45 days already and that much delay is not normal and needs work up.

Get back to your gynecologist and let them have a look at the cause.
