Brief Answer:
Weakness management and need some information

Detailed Answer:
Hi xxxxxxx0000, thanks for asking from HealhcareMagic.

I can understand your concern. Your father is having multiple issues like TB meningitis, diabetes mellitus, and hypertension. Because of all these, he seems to have become so weak. Another reason of weakness and mild fever could be due to TB meningitis and anti-tubercular medication.

To confirm and for further assistance on the treatment, I need few more information about him--

- What is his current hemoglobin level, liver function test, and kidney function test?

- Is his sugar controlled?

- Did he lose weight? If yes, how much?

- Is there any history of the night sweating, loss of appetite?

This much information is needed to know for further management the weakness. After stabilizing his sugar, liver and kidney function, weakness can be treated by giving multivitamin and high protein diet.

Please let me know these details. I will guide you further.
If any doubt, do let me know.

Thanks
Take care
