Suggest Treatment For Lower Back Pain

Question: I am suffering from lower back pain because of my usual office work. The pain gets reduced when I am very much active but it gets worse once I am very stiff and sitting on chairs for most of the time. I do take a walk from time to time and also perform some stretching.

But I need to be aware of more stretching related exercises to reduce my lower back pain. Sometimes I do get pain in my lower part of neck as well which is just below my head.

Your backache seems due to postural,you can take thiocholchicoside 4 mg as a pain killer.You can do 1. Supine Hamstring Stretch2. Two-Knee Twist3. Sphinx 4. SLR.5. Legs Up the Wall.But you should start these exercise under the supervision of physiotherapist.
