Question: Dr. XXXXXXX XXXXXXX Neurologist is requested to answer this question.

Sir, I am your patient at Apollo Hospitals, Jubilee Hills. I have approached you on 24.05.2014 for low back ake treatment. As advised by you vide your prescription dated 24.05.2014 which is attached herewith, I am taking CAP. QOXY (1 daily) and TAB. PROTHIADEN 25 MG (1 daily). But my problem is not solved. Day-by-day, I feel severe pain at my low back, but as per your advise my next review is last week of XXXXXXX I cannot bear the pain till that time. Kindly advise me accordingly.

I have noted your symptoms and the fact that pain is not reducing.

If you are in XXXXXXX you may do an MRI of spine and meet me for review, so that we can find out the root cause of your problems and give the medications accordingly.

If you are unable to come for review, then, you may take TAB. NAPROSYN 250 mg two times daily until review.
