As i understand from your complaints that your major concern is regarding low libido. Medicines like viagra are available. But before going to management of low libido it is crucial to know the underlying cause of it.
Low libido can be due to multiple causes like depression, general medical conditions, chronic inflammatory conditions, nutritional deficiencies, poor nutritional habits,etc.

I would like to ask you few question, and its answers can provide me a good insight in your problem.
1)Do you feel low depressed most of the day, easily fatigued on minor exertion as compared to before, general feeling of anxiety persist, sleep disturbances, less interest in previous pleasurable, etc
2) How are you keeping your energy levels lately, do you get easily tired by evening and feels nil energetic to perform sexually?
3) do you keep catching infections frequently like cold, fever?
is there general body ache persistently present, back she, joint pains?
4) a detailed schedule of your daily routine can help me to understand your daily activity and hence help me to suggest you for proper physical exercise.

From the previous information of your asked questions i could understand that your vit B 12 levels are low, this finding increased chances of presence of other nutritional problems and needs to be screened for.

1)An ESR investigation, as chronic inflammatory conditions are suspected
2)A complete blood haemogram, to check for anaemia. very likely with vit B12 def.
3) Thyroid function test TSH T3,T4 levels
4) Fasting blood sugar

1)if you are having any medications on for any medical problems,
2)if you are not having any erection related problems as the management would completely differ.
