Brief Answer:
It needs treatment with antibiotics.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,welcome to HealthcareMagic forum.
I am Dr Aslam here to help you.
Fever and sweating indicates an ongoing infection somewhere in our body. This can cause hypotension, leading to dizziness.
Treatment is with antibiotics, antipyretics, and other supportive measures, and depends on the exact site of infection.
Kindly give me the following details so that I can guide you better.
1)Is she having any other symptoms like cough with yellow sputum/nasal discharge/head ache/throat pain/ear ache/abdominal pain/nausea/vomiting/increased frequency or burning sensation on urination etc.
2)Is she having any wound/painful swelling anywhere in the body?
Meanwhile, let her take some rest.Take a light diet and plenty of fluids so that any hypotension get corrected.
Waiting for your reply,Thank you.

I showed your response to my wife and she indicates that she has not had any of the other symptoms you mentioned. Will increase her intake of fluids to combat the hypotension and am letting her sleep for now. I notified her job that she would not be in today but will be resting for the day. Thank you for your diagnosis and for responding so rapidly.

Brief Answer:
Need not worry.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,
If this is the case, probably she is suffering from a simple viral fever.
Just take paracetamol 500mg tablets three times daily for 3 days.Continue rest, light diet, and enough fluids.Take enough fruits and green leafy veges.
If she does not get better in 2 days,or fever is increasing,or gets any other symptoms I already mentioned, kindly report to your family doctor without delay,as this will need antibiotics too.Otherwise, she is to be fine by 5-7 days.
If you have no further questions, you can close the discussion and rate the answer.
Wishing for a faster and complete cure,Thank you.
