Brief Answer:
fibre supplement and visit doctor

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I would advise you to get A stool examination done to check for pus cells and fat globules. I would suggest you take psyllium husk as a fibre supplement wichnwill further soften stools and help with the pain.
I would suggest you visit your doctor as you will need a rectal examination tondetermin whether you have a anal fissure or hemorrhoids
You can take naproxen for anal pain
