Brief Answer:
Dysfunctional uterine bleeding

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand your concern.
Bleeding in perimenopausal age group is mostly due to dysfunctional uterine bleeding.
You can take Ponistan thrice a day and dycinone twice a day for 3 days to decrease the amount of bleeding.
However, I will suggest you to consult an OBGYN specialist for proper examination, ultrasound and endometrial biopsy, if required, to confirm the diagnosis and further treatment should be done accordingly.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
