Suggest Treatment For Irritation In The Nose And Throat

Question: I have had two cases now where not too long after taking my medication prescribed by my regular md have burst in my nasal and oropharyngeal openings causing severe irritation in my nose and throat. Why does this happen? and does it have anything to do with acid reflux?
