Suggest Treatment For Irregular Periods And PCOD

Question: Hello, I have PCOD from the time of puberty and very irregular periods. I had a miscarriage last year and now trying for pregnancy again. My last period was on July 24th. Till now I didn't get my period and the pregnancy tests done till 2nd October was negative. But on Monday, I noticed a very small amount of brown to black discharge only for one time. it didn't continue. Actually, as I have irregular periods, I usually get this type of brown discharge on the start day of my period and from 2nd day it will become bright. but now it's not happening. Can I consider this as implementation bleeding? if yes, after how many days can I check for pregnancy?

Delayed periods can be due to pregnancy or PCOS.
If the urine pregnancy test is negative, then the pregnancy is ruled out.
Scanty flow or spotting can be due to period or implantation bleeding.
If it is implantation bleeding, then the urine pregnancy test should be done after 10 days to confirm the pregnancy.
