Brief Answer:
most probably PCOS is the reason.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Welcome to HCM,

I can understand your concerns,

Most probably it is because of PCOS.

PCOS can cause irregular period, acnes, face hair growth, infertility. Patient can have one or more than symptoms.

You should go for ultrasound to confirm it.

In case of irregular periods, you should take birth control pills or tablet genette35 for 3 months.it will help in regulating periods.( prescription drug) .consult your Gynecologist.

Along with it you should take tablet metformin 500mg( prescription drug) and daily exercise including brisk walk for ten minutes.it will help in reducing PCOS symptoms.

Hope it helps.

Feel free to ask further.

Thanks.
