Suggest Treatment For Intense Burning Sensation In The Vaginal Area

Question: Hi I have been dating my boyfriend for three months and this past Saturday and Sunday morning we had sex for the first time in our relationship ( which was protected using skyn condoms as I'm allergic to latex). The entire time he wore a condom and his penis did not touch me without one. I woke up late Sunday night with very intense burning in my vaginal area. As of last Thursday at my annual i was tested for everything including yeast, stds etc which all came back normal. Does anyone have an ideas what this burning might be from? I felt like the sex was a bit more vigorous then I was used to but not painful. Also on Sunday morning I noticed when he pulled out the condom had some blood on it but I was attributing that to getting my period which I know have. Any advice would be helpful as I am very uncomfortable. I have an outstanding apt with my gyn on Tuesday for a pesky ingrown hair so I will also speak to my doc then. Please help!

Brief Answer:
treatment advised

Detailed Answer:
Hello mam, I understand your health concerns.
It is very common after vigorous sexual activity.
You need to apply vwash liquid on your private parts while taking bath daily and then wash it properly and take syrup citralka or renalka or alkasip (whichever is available) thrice a day.
Take plenty of water and juice (specially cranberry juice) daily and I hope you will be relieved.
All the best.

Thank you for your response. Does this sound like it could be an std? Or just soreness due to friction? Any advice how to ease the burning feeling in my vagina i have never heard of any of those syrups before( i live in the usa) could this be why? ?

Brief Answer:
Ural sachets

Detailed Answer:
This doesn't look like an STD and rather just a discomfort due to friction only.
Try Ural sachets commonly available in USA and take plenty of fluids.
All the best.

Okay great. Thanks i was able to see the dr assistant today. I was tested for a uti and was negative she thought perhaps is BV and to treat with metrogel after my period is over if symptom dont clear up. She also mentioned potential burning could be from a herpes infection? Do you agree with that? I did have protected sex and saw no obvious sores or blisters on my partner. I also thought 12 hrs later seemed rather quick to be exhibiting signs of stds. I am still having feeling of burning though. Any advice? s

Brief Answer:
take metronidazole as prescribed

Detailed Answer:
I frankly dobt sgree with herpes part in it because herpes has a violent course and would have resulted in XXXXXXX symptoms by now.
Bacterial vaginosis can be responsible definitely which is a clinical diagnosis and if your doctor found positive findings then treatment with metronidazole is going to be of great help.
Keep taking plenty of water and juice and take metronidazole as prescribed.
All the best.
