Question: HELLO . MY DAUGHTER AGE 3 HAS A BIG SCAB ON HER BIG TOE ( BOTTOM SIDE NOT TOP SIDE ) IT BEEN THERE FOR OVER 2 WEEKS NOW AND NOT SEEM TO BE GOING AND STILL LOOK SORE AND GOT LITTLE BIT FLUID COMING OVER FROM IT .

I am so sorry to hear about what your daughter s experiencing. I have reviewed the image fully. This is suggestive of an infected wound on the under surface of the big toe. This would require adequate wound care. This would consist in cleansing regularly with an antiseptic solution such as Iodine. It would also need to be covered for protection as it can be easily contaminated because of its location. This should suffice and I will only consider and recommend antibiotics if we do not see great progress within a week. Please, let her avoid putting weight on this toe often. If she is in pains, then I will recommend Tylenol for this.
