Brief Answer:
No need to worry about leukemia.

Detailed Answer:
Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
Your brother has normal wbc count. He has only high lymphocytes count. But morphology is normal. His esr and crp is also normal. His kidney function test and uric acid are also normal.

In leukemia total count is very high. In multiple myeloma esr remain more than 100. So there is no chance of leukemia or lymphoma.

Only abnormality he has is relative lymphocytosis. It could be due to viral infection or some nonspecific cause.

He should repeat his complete blood count after one month. No any treatment or investigations are required right now from his reports. If he has any other symptoms then tell me. Otherwise just be relaxed.

Hope I have answered your question, if you have doubt then I will be happy to answer.
