Question: My daughter has bumps showing up on her veins, they itch and some are sore. More are showing up
, they are more prevalent on her back.
Wondering what they might be.

those look like possible herpes lesions.
I would suggest trying acyclovir cream.
ideally oral acyclovir is also recommended but that needs a prescription.
