Brief Answer:
Control/Treat Constipation.

Detailed Answer:
Hi Sir.

I understand your concern.

The major cause of piles and minor bleeds in your case is due to associated constipation.

Its extremely important for you to control constipation.

For this I usually recommend 2 spoons of lactifiber powder in a glass of water at bed time for 2 weeks.

Drink 3-4 liters of water every day.

The actual management of piles depends on their stage.

Stage 1 and 2 are usually treated through non surgical means.

I suggest you not to get worried,Instead I recommend you to consult a general surgeon for a PER RECTAL examination for staging the degree of piles.

Thank you.

Brief Answer:
Yes Climatic role has a significant role.

Detailed Answer:
Hi Sir.

I understand your concern.

Yes certainly strong attribution of the change in climatic conditions is possible.

Cold temperatures of the environment are known to produce constipation.

This will improve once you get adapted slowly to this environment.
Thank you.

Brief Answer:
Colonic cancer is a predominant disease of elderly, not young. It is not mainly due to climatic changes but due to decreased diet fiber too.

Detailed Answer:
Hi Sir.

I understand your concern.

Colonic cancer is a disease of the elderly.

Its extremely rare in younger individuals under 30 years, except in cases of familial cancers, where grandfather and father are affected.

In order to improve your stool output you can take this tab Dulcolax for another 3 days in the night before you go to sleep.

After that I advise you to take 2 tsps of Lactifiber in a glass of water at bedtime.

This can be taken for 2 weeks.

Consume more fruits and drink water atleast 3 liters/day.

This is enough in your case at the moment.

In case if the symptoms still persist consult a general surgeon for PER RECTAL EXAMINATION to rule out piles.

Thank you.
