Brief Answer:
Various medications can help.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thank you for posting your query.

I have noted your details, and your symptoms could be related to poor serotonin transport s/s.

As of now, various medications can help. These include SSRIs (selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors) such as fluoxetine, citalopram, escitalopram, paroxetine and sertraline.

Other class of drugs that can help are called SNRIs (serotonin-norepinephrine inhibitors). The most commonly used drug in this class is venlafaxine.

At present, there are no other methods to raise the serotonin levels.

I hope my answer helps. Please get back if you have any follow up queries or if you require any additional information.

Wishing you good health,
