Suggest Treatment For Goosebumps Like Spots On Arms
Question: Hello my name is XXXXXXX
I've experienced patchy goosebumps on my right arm for a couple of days and then the left arm started. I'm taking Seroquel, Lamictal and Strattera I've been on these meds for years.
Why the sudden change all of a sudden? I work for Evolution Fresh where we make juice for Starbucks. I noticed these goosebumps after loading a bin of ginger. But I'm not allergic to anything but Penicillin Erythromycin and nothing else then that. Not sure if I'm allergic to anything else. I'm very pet friendly so I'm not allergic to animals. I'm not allergic to anything food wise. I've tried everything in food except crab or lobster cause it doesn't look good to me and the smell makes me want to vomit.
Any suggestions for the goosebumps on my right arm?

From your history ,it shows that eating medicines and any type of food did not trigger these goose bumps.But as you said that loading ginger bin preceded these.So I would suggest avoid contact with ginger and you may take antihistamine ointment and tablet like fexofenadine for few days.If these bumps are subsided with taking these measures,then it could be contact dermatitis.But if still these bumps dont fade away then you may go for pin prick test (allergy test) to know the exact cause of these bumps and follow accordingly.
