Brief Answer:
Unrelated symptoms

Detailed Answer:
Hello and Welcome

I appreciate your concern

Hip pain and diarrhea are completely unrelated symptoms that point to two different health issues. Diarrhea was most likely due to an infection i.e gastroenteritis. The right or left illiac fossa pain with spasms can some times be mistaken for hip pain. It needs to be physically examined. If its indeed hip pain that does not respond to NSAIDs and is not associated with vitamin B 12 or D deficiency then an MRI can be advised to look for any joint pathology.

Wishing you best of health

Thanks
