Suggest Treatment For Frequent Urination
Question: I have started to urinate right after drinking everything from water to soft drinks (this has been the case for about three weeks) also the urge is sudden and it is very hard to control. I am sixty seven and am in great health otherwise.

Thanks for your query,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have urgency for urination and frequency for urination since 3 weeks
I shall be happy if you can post me few more details to help me in making comments on your problem.
1) Are you diabetic?
2) Do you have other obstructive voiding symptoms like frequency ,nocturia,poor stream etc ?
The urgency associated with frequency for urination that you have could be due to Enlarged Prostate wivvh is common at this age and needs to get confirmed.
Consult qualified Urologist for clinical and digital rectal examination and get following basic tests done to confirm the diagnosis.
1) Urine routine and culture.
2) Ultrasound scanning of abdomen and pelvis
3) Serum PSA.
Further treatment will depend upon result of these tests and final diagnosis.
In the mean while you can start taking Darifenacin and Tomsulosin once daily along with Ciprofloxacin twice daily .
