Brief Answer:
see for any malabsorption by evaluation

Detailed Answer:
Hello. Thanks for putting your query in hcm.I will suggest you to visit a doctor for her evaluation to see for any malabsorption.he may advise tests like stool examination, anti ttg antibody for wheat allergy, complete haemogram to see for any increase in eosinophill count or infection. And stool pH for any carbohydrate intolerance. If al these tests are normal then it may be normal also. Since in childhood this stool frequency can be normal as you said stool is normal. But I am advising all this as weight of the child is less. I hope I have answered your query and this will help you. Wish her a good health
