Brief Answer:
Require blood investigation and examination

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
The primary complaints are suggestive of some infection or viral fever.
If headache is relieved and no loss of consciousness, seizures, visual complains, ear discharge, neck stiffness then vomiting may be due to gastritis.
He should get evaluated for fever by a physician and examined for any brain symptoms.
He needs some investigations like automated count and blood sugar. Other relevant investigation depends upon local prevalence of Malaria, dengue.
For treatment he should take omeprazole with domperidone, antacid Syrup and antibiotics.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
