I understand your concern and s
ituation.

It appears to be possibly fever with rash which could be due to various factors most common being viral infection. Is she on any medicines? I suggest monitor the temperature in a chart.There is no specific treatment other than supportive care.Despite the worrisome fever, the disease is not harmful and gets better without specific therapy. Acetaminophen (Tylenol) may be used if desired. Do tepid sponging if required.The patient get evaluated by paediatrician if fever rises. Advice to take rest and eat healthy food. If fever persists then get haemogram, TLC, DLC, blood culture and sensitivity, Widal test done and other pathogen depending upon geographical area. Give multivitamins and calcium supplements.
