Brief Answer:
lupus eye manifestations

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
lupus can affect the eye and cause inflammation in various forms like redness, blurring and dimness in vision.
It can cause episcleritis, retinal vasculitis, secondary eye dryness and scleritis in technical terms.
So if you have a problem that is persistent you need to see an ophthalmologist, who will be able to diagnose the problem.
The medication may be local medicines given locally, however if the manifestation is severe then oral medication may also be required.
Also some medication like hydroxychloroquine should be given to you in case you have lupus.
