Brief Answer:
Apply moisturizer and give cetrizine

Detailed Answer:
Hello. Thank you for writing to us.

I am dr.kakkar (Dermatologist). I have gone through your query and I have viewed the Image.

He seems to have developed exfoliative dermatitis i.e generalized peeling of skin.
I suggest you to just apply a moisturizer e.g either physiogel AI or Venusia XXXXXXX lotion or Parasoft lotion, twice daily.
Give tab. cetrizine 10mg, once or twice daily for itch relief.
No need for luliconazole cream. This is not a fungal infection

Regards
