Explained

Detailed Answer:
Hello and Welcome

I appreciate your concern

Based on your description and association with upper back pain, its likely to be GERD (Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease). Lansoprazole along with pro kinetic like domeperidone can be advised for 2 weeks. Most likely the symptoms will resolve. If the symptoms worsen or remain the same and there is associated chest discomfort then a cardiac cause should be ruled out. EKG can be done in this regard. H pylori testing and upper GI endoscopy can also be planned accordingly.

Wishing you best of health

Thanks
