Brief Answer:
Irritant contact dermatitis most probably

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I read history and looked at photo you uploaded. I can understand your concern for worries for STD. It seems that the erythematous rash on genitál area may be most probably irritant contact dermatitis. Please do not worry..it is not STD. STDs can also be easily ruled out with blood tests. But I dont think these are required.

Irritant contact dermatitis may be due to some irritant like soap, condom, cloths, perspiration, powder, cream, insects toxin..etc , it is difficult to pinpoint to particular irritant. It would not spread and would clear in few days.

I would like to suggest...

- to apply mild steroid with antibiotic cream like fusibet cream twice a day
- antihistaminics like levocetirizine once a day
- short course of steroid in tappering dose after consulting dermatologist....
- to avoid soap bath for few days

I hope your lesion would clear in few days. If you have any query, you are welcome.

Wishing you healthy life.

Thanks.
