Brief Answer:
No clinical significance.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Thank you for choosing HealthcareMagic for your query.
I've gone through your details.
I am a Gastroenterologist and would be addressing your concerns.
As per your queries answers are-

Minimum 3 times elevation of liver enzymes are necessary to have any clinical significance.
Enzymes are produced by liver cells and a part of it diffuses into blood stream.
Permeability of liver cell for these enzymes varies day to day(slightly) which depends on food we eat, medications etc.
As per your narration your ALT is only mildly elevated.
Mild elevation of ALT with other enzymes at normal have no clinical significance.
Alcohol consumption can cause temporary swelling in liver cells resulting in increased cell permeability hence causing mild elevation in blood enzymes.

Advice take a liver rejenuvator like sylimarin once daily,It will help to rejenuvate your liver.

As of now there is no need to worry.

Hope i was helpful.
Warm regards!
