Brief Answer:
Systemic and Nasal decongestant

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I have gone through your question and understand your concern; most probably your daughter may be suffering from the acute attack of the left side of the otitis media due to the enlarged adenoid.

If I were the treating doctor of your daughter then I would prescribe

1. Systemic and local nasal decongestant such as xylometazoline nasal drop and oral phenylephrine for at least five days and not more than seven days.
2. For long term your daughter may use nasal steroid spray such as flutasone furoate.
3. Hot fomentation of the left ear at least thrice a day because it relieves her pain.
4. Steam Inhalation twice a day.

If her condition not improved in one month, then better to go for the adenoid surgery.

You will have to discuss these steps with your doctor for management and prescription.
