Brief Answer:
It can be because of transient ischemia.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Welcome to Health care Magic.

I am Dr. Dadapeer K, an ophthalmologist and I answer health problems related to eye.

I reviewed your history. It seems from the history that you are having problem in focusing and you are having double vision in right eye.
These symptoms can be because of transient ischemia. In this condition the symptoms will resolve over few minutes to hours. The common causes for this condition are hypotension, hypoglycemia...
If the symptoms recur then evaluation to rule out vascular causes is required.

Hence I advice you to consult your doctor for evaluation if the symptoms are persistent or if the symptoms recur. If the symptoms resolve then no need to worry.

Hope this is helpful to you.

Do write back to me for further questions.

Thank you
With regards
