Suggest Treatment For Dizziness And Fatigue

Question: Hello, I have a dizzyness for the last two years now, the doctor says it's an imbalance not vertigo as for me I am not balanced d feel tired d lack of confidence of going out.. I'm on anti anxiety medicines.. but not much relief..
