Brief Answer:
Need further evaluation.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,welcome to HCM forum.

Difficulty in opening mouth following a long term history of pan masala chewing is suggestive of a condition called ''submucous fibrosis'',where fibrous bands develops beneath buccal mucosa. This needs immediate and complete elimination of pan chewing. Also,we need a histogical examination to look for any undesired pathology.
The treatment options for SMF include intralesional steroid injections or surgical exicion and grafting. You can seek the help of a surgeon for this. You may be asked for a biopsy of the lesion.
Meanwhile,avoid further exposure to tobacco(chewing/smoking).

Hope this answer will help.
Wishing you good health.
Thank you.
