Brief Answer:
Other hormonal investigations should be done

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand the concerns.
Delayed or no periods at all can be due to hormonal disturbances like hyperprolactinemia, hypothyroidism, polycystic ovarian syndrome,Cushing syndrome, or due to premature ovarian failure.
Since your thyroid hormones are normal and you are not having polycystic ovarian syndrome, then you should get the following tests done to rule out other causes:
1. Serum prolactin levels
2. 24 hour urinary cortisol levels
3. Serum FSH levels.
You can get back to me with reports. Further treatment should be done accordingly
Hope you found the answer helpful.

Brief Answer:
Estrogen and progestrone combination

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
As all the investigations are normal, then you should take estrogen and progesterone combination to induce periods.Firstly, you should take estrogen for 14 days followed by estrogen and progesterone for next 7 days.
This will stimulate periods.
