Brief Answer:
Please get her blood pregnancy test done

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to HealthcareMagic.
I am Dr Ramadevi Wani. I will be answering your concerns today.

In addition to pregnancy, there are several reasons like sudden weight change, stress, thyroid problem etc. for the delay in periods.

Since there is a confusion with the home pregnancy tests that you have done, please get a blood pregnancy test done to find out if she is pregnant. If it is negative, consult doctor and take progesterone to start periods.

If this irregularity in periods recurs, she needs to have a pelvic ultrasound and hormone tests.

Pregnancy does not cause joint pains. Do consult a physician for the joint pain that she is suffering. Also get her hemoglobin checked.

I hope this is helpful.

If you have further concerns, I will be happy to answer.
Best wishes,
Dr Rama
