Suggest Treatment For Cough And Eye Irritation After Stopping AKT3 Treatment
Question: Hello Doctor , How are you . I affected by TB( Having tb stone in neck .As of now that has been reduced ) . One and half year back I took Akt4 ,then AKT3 .After 9 months i stopped .Nowadays i am getting TB Problems like cough , coughing of blood .So i started to take a AKT3 for a two days .After took a akt4 and akt3 ,vision has been reduced.Need Some Clear advice .What i will do ?Is there any chance to cure TB ?Having Eye irritating also .

There are 2 issues here.
1. Cough with Blood .
2. Vision Problem .
I need more information on these symptoms before advising anything for you.
-- Since how many days you are having Cough ?
-- Is there any fever or loss of weight ?
-- How much has your vision reduced ? I mean what is it that you find difficulty with Vision ?
Cough with blood could be due to reactivation of TB , but there are other conditions also that can cause Cough with blood. Similarly reduced vision could be due to Either TB or due to side effect of TB medications or some other eye problem unrelated to TB.
So kindly provide me the details asked .

1.Having Cough Problem over the two week , Everyday morning having Throat pain due to TB Backteria . Vision problem having due to atk4 side effects.Slightly blood in cough two times for a week .If i get cure in TB then i will go to solve the vision Problem .Need Treatment only for cure TB.

Throat pain with cough could be due to simple bacterial infection of Throat and shall be cured with a short course of Antibiotics. So , instead of thinking it as TB and taking AKT , I recommend you get the following tests done and revert back with reports.
-- Throat Swab Culture Sensitivity.
-- Chest X ray -- PA.
If in case these reports come normal and your cough persists even after taking a short course of Antibiotic then I shall advise you certain addition tests for the evaluation of TB.
