Had Reduced Vision, Floaters. Ruled Out Glaucoma. On Fruits. Will I Get Better?

I was suffering from some structures floating in front of my right eye (may be since 5yrs) and with reduced vision.
I suspected glaucoma and consulted an eye specialist who takes care of retinal problems and I was told I don't have any retinal problem and ruled out a chance of glaucoma but still I was taking care (precaution) through fruits like kiwi and dry fruits like pecans.
But since yesterday I have developed the same problem in my left eye too. my eye pressure was constant 18.
Iam a hypertensive patient and under treatment with an expert; my BP is under control. I take only once in the morning after breakfast.
So I will be grateful if can I get any suggestion or treatment

Hi, it could be due to the blockage of the nasolachrimal duct draining the tears from the eye to the nose. inthe begening you may not find the secretions over flowing, but may feel the floating things due to the secretions in front of the pupil. If the obstruction increases it may over flow from the eye.
