Brief Answer:
Open Comedone

Detailed Answer:
Hello. Thank you for writing to us

I have gone through your query and I have also reviewed the Image.

It is an 'Open Comedone', also known as 'blackhead'. It is a benign skin lesion. You can see dark colored stuff is present like a plug at the follicular opening.
Blackheads can be either easily extracted with the help of a Comedone extractor Or alternatively a topical cream e.g Tretinoin 0.05% cream, once daily, may be used for this comedone. Tretinoin is comedolytic and would help dissolve the comedone gradually.
