Brief Answer:
A proper work up is necessary.

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Thank you for asking HCM.

I have gone through your query. A proper work up is necessary to find out the reason. What all tests you have gone through. ? Are you taking proper food and fluids daily. ? Can you share the test results. ?

A chest X ray, ecg and echo cardiography should be done after consulting a cardiologist to rule out any organic problems with heart. Dysrhythmia also can be a reason for this. It also can occur due to organic problems in heart. Metabolic problems like thyroid disorders should be ruled out by checking thyroid profile.

If everything is clear and you are again getting this then it can be due to anxiety. In such case anxiolytics or small dose beta blockers will be helpful.

Hope this may help you. Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks.

I have checked thyroid many times over, ekgs eegs, each, eco cardio, chest x Ray,ultrasound with and without contrast.mayo clinic couldn't find anything. beta blockers and medication to slow the heart. could the recent chest pain have been a small heart attack? could the tired ,emotional, dizziness, memory loss, agitation, racing feeling, balance, vision, migraines and arm pain be from this? I don't have test results, but I do know my vitamin d is at. 8. the chest and arm pain come randomly, and don't last to long. but once recently was excruciating.

Brief Answer:
Holter monitoring and stress test should be done.

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Thank you for your follow up query.

Holter monitoring and stress test also should be done as you're getting chest pains. But if that is also with out problems then you should get a consultation with a neuropsychiatrist. Behavioral therapy , SSRI group drugs or anxiolytics will be helpful for you in such case.

Hope this may help you. Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks.
