Question: how can I get pain relief for bursitis located in my feet and between my toes

first thing is to confirm whether this is a bursitis and if it is so, treatment is usually the same you are already on.

Treatment typically involves -
Resting the affected foot and protecting it from any trauma.
Rest and immobilize the affected area.
Apply ice to reduce swelling.
Take an over-the-counter medication, such as ibuprofen or naproxen etc. to relieve pain and reduce inflammation.

But if it is still not control, further see you physician to rule out any chronic infection.

all of your treatments inc. ice etc have been tried for probably 1 to 2 years
with no help at all it has been confirmed that I do have bursitis via Mri scans
Xrays ultrasound etc etc I am in constant pain most nights i hardly get any sleep at all.

the cortisone injections were ultrasound guided with no results ? would a relatively new product called Polypill assist.

If ultrasound guided injection are not helpful than---- either diagnosis are wrong or injection is not at proper site.
in 99% cases, if we give injection at right place, if will definitely help.
There is no other polypill effective in clinical trials
