Brief Answer:
Piperacillin with Tazobactam will help.

Detailed Answer:
Hi Sir,

I understand your query and concern.

You seem to have resistant cellulitis to third gen cephalosporins like cefadroxil and cefixime.

You need to be treated with Intravenous antibiotics like Piperacillin and tazobactam for 5-7days under expert medical care.

Intravenous route is a vital requirement since you are diabetic for 15 years and its very important to control cellulitis to prevent it transforming into diabetic gangrene.

Regarding neuropathic pain ,you need injections of Pregabalin 75 mg twice a day. This will accurately help to resolve the electric shock like sensation.

Please note all the the above drugs have to be taken under strict medical prescription.

Post your further queries ,if any.
Thank you.
